Adoption Requirements
Please read the Adoption Guidelines before completing an adoption application. You will find that it answers many of your questions.
 

All potential adopter homes are screened for suitable placements of dogs. We may refuse placement of a dog for any reason. By submitting this application, you give permission for Peke A Tzu Rescue and its affiliates to investigate and confirm all information that you have provided. All forms become the property of Peke A Tzu Rescue upon submission.

Please respond to every question on the application and understand that there is a reason for each question. We are searching for the best forever home for our fosters and your honest responses will help us make the best match for the foster and for your family. If any question below does not apply to you, simply write "na" (not applicable) in the available space. If you leave any questions unanswered, the application will not be delivered to us; therefore, Incomplete Applications will NOT be processed.
Privacy is important to us; therefore, we will not sell, rent, or give your name, address or personal information to anyone. This information is solely used for the adoption of our fosters.​
